I am Kasper, educated service designer with experience in researching and analysing systems and IT product use. I practice in my daily work implementation of new developments and existing systems at Tracelink. This involve configuration of the system for new customers as well as training of these companies' employees in use of the system.I am experienced in project leading smaller development projects, where i have been the primary responsible for all customer contact. From research, analysis, design, testing, feedback and implementation but also sales in smaller projects and partner contact in larger.I have previously worked in research and teaching at university level. From this work i have experience in preparing and teaching courses of various length. I have taught as an external, held shorter day courses and assisted and run semester courses. My Research work focused on use of self-tracking technologies to record psychological well-being among terminal patients. From this i have a strong experience in how both patients (primary users) and nurses (secondary users) incorporate digital technologies into their life, to support their daily routines, whether that be privately or in relation to work.
