17 years experience with INGOs, in Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Project Management, leadership, budget management, monitoring, and evaluation. To date, my job experiences with World Vision International are the senior project manager for Unicef WASH in Schools project from Jun 2019 until now, technical officer for WASH sector for 3 years, technical project coordinator for WASH; and health for 6 years, transformation development facilitator for 3 years and 3 years of youth animator with Caritas Cambodia and included an internship with others organizations. My experiences are liaison and demonstrate effective communication with donors ( Unicef, WVUS, WV Asia P3 Hub, private sectors, both national and sub-national government relevant sectors. Provider project leadership and implementation to the project team. Strategic development of WASH program including technical approach/models and field guiding for WVI base on WV’ global. Provide technical aspects and resources on WASH facilities construction to areas program and projects of World Vision. Technical and strategic inputs on WASH in Emergency, WASH in urban; and WASH in schools for a new program/ project design and WASH program of WVI. WASH’ M&E frame development mechanism for program implementation to the team. Lead relevant stakeholders to promote participatory approaches to fulfill the roles and responsibilities at national and sub-national levels. Guiding facilitating of WASH inclusive facilities to aline with international standards. Contribute develop of WASH manual guidelines and for urban development. Program systematic monitoring development and learning for documentation and evidence base. Engagement at sud-nation levels for development activities on planning, budgeting, implementation; evaluation. Lead the project implementation by engaged authorities, community people, schools, and other stakeholders.
