CurrentResponsibilities in Stuttgart, Germany (On site/ Remote)● Facilitating communication and collaboration among the Romanian, Tunisian, and Mercedes-Benz team.● Offering expert technical support on the Mercedes-Benz production line.● Thoroughly verifying the implementation status of changes in the electrical harness.● Developing comprehensive documentation to capture and share key lessons learned. Responsibilities in Gorzów Wlkp, Poland (On site/ Remote)● Assessing strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks within existing project plans.● Strategically assigning team members and resources to specific project tasks.● Facilitating collaboration across departments to establish realistic project targets and timeframes.● Leading the strategic transition of activities from Poland to Tunisia after the conclusion of the prototype phase.Responsibilities in Jendouba, Tunisia (On site) ● Effectively delegating tasks while providing clear project milestones and expectations for team members.● Formulating Request for Quotation (RfQ) documents for new projects and exercising control over project costs.● Monitoring the progress of new plant construction and the development of the layout.● Coordinating various project management activities, including resource allocation and equipment management● Developing project milestone plans, work breakdown structures, and strategic development strategies. ● Ensuring a smooth and efficient information flow between the company and the main headquarters in Germany.
