Manage the new hire process for all faculty, initial meeting with new hires to review benefits and other policy & procedures, providing organizational overview, etc. Coordinate new hire process with department to provide a smooth transition into the Medical Center. Assist Director in the creation of appropriate Recruitment, New Hire, and Termination process flows, recruitment plans and tools. Assist Director with maintenance of Faculty Compensation Plan, and annual faculty compensation review.
