Analytical role at Synthorx, Inc, a subsidiary of Sanofi supporting synthetic organism and proteins.● Lead an analytical and characterization team of 10+ scientists to support internal routine assays, and to engage method development projects and establish new capabilities.● Expanded team headcount and added new analytical instruments, including multiple LC/UV and LC/MS systems, 2D LC/MS, DSC, DLS and CD instruments.● Oversee proteomics and metabolomics efforts to help optimize upstream protein expression.● Provide direction and leadership on analytical assay development / optimization, and pre-formulation and stability studies.● Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with different cross-functional teams and interact with other Sanofi sites on knowledge transfer and sharing research findings.● Serve as a member of Sanofi analytical scientific expert team providing advice and harmonization on assays and test protocols.● Hands-on protein characterization and peptide mapping of PEGylated materials.
