As the Founder and Art Director of Conté Africa, I lead our agency's mission to empower emerging businesses and non-profit organisations across Africa through strategic branding and creative solutions. My role encompasses:-Providing creative leadership and art direction for client projects, ensuring innovative and impactful brand strategies-Developing and maintaining Conté Africa's vision, mission, and strategic goals-Building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the social impact sector-Overseeing our creative team, maintaining high standards of design and brand strategy-Leading pitches and presentations to potential clients-Collaborating with our strategy team to develop comprehensive brand solutions that drive social change-Staying at the forefront of industry trends in brand strategy and social impact-Mentoring and developing talent within our organisation-Managing the company's financial performance and growth

I contribute to our mission of empowering girls and young women across South Africa and Africa. My role focuses on:- Developing strategic campaigns and programmes that address ECF's key objectives: educational enhancement, personal development, poverty relief, rights advocacy, and community engagement- Designing and implementing multifaceted empowerment initiatives, including workshops on entrepreneurship, technology skills, and personal growth- Crafting brand strategies that effectively communicate ECF's distinctive approaches, such as intergenerational mentorship and practical skills development- Conceptualising and organising impactful events like motivational talks, skills-building seminars, and community forums- Fostering partnerships with organisations and community stakeholders to enhance our programmes' reach and effectiveness- Collaborating on the development of plans, including community centres and schools focused on innovative education for girls- Guiding ECF's strategic direction to ensure we meet our goals in education, health, economic empowerment, rights advocacy, and community development- Innovating creative approaches to fundraising and donor engagement to support ECF's expanding initiatives
