• Champions, explains, promotes and advises on the mission of ERMC telehealth• Develops and implements strategies for employing, sustaining and expanding telehealth throughout the regional medical command• Compiles and prepares monthly telehealth activity reports; collects and processes data in evaluation database• Maintains positive person-to-person interaction; provide telehealth customer support functions such as: describing telehealth workflows and processes, define telehealth functional roles and responsibilities, demonstrate the telehealth systems and equipment used at ERMC, explain the process of telehealth appointment and booking in CHCS, and demonstrate how to reserve Army Health Clinic (AHC) telehealth systems• Conducts training for telehealth providers, site coordinators, patient presenters and other support personnel• Develops training materials to include videos, slide presentations, hands-on training notes, and point papers for use in training the MTF staff on using clinical video teleconferencing equipment, operating peripheral diagnostic and testing devices, patient scheduling, and enhancing program integration and promotion• Checks coding compliance and reports findings to clinical staff for corrective actions• Liaises with the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Video Network Center in all aspects videoconferencing• Monitors the utilization of regional telehealth assets. Coordinates with MTF and Army Health Clinic staff to determine optimum distribution, transfer, and best uses of clinical video teleconferencing equipment and peripheral medical devices
