- Responsibilities: • Build the customization platform (Machines, Material, Training, Suppliers, and services). • Train the retail sales advisors and production team. • Create all the branding guidelines related to R3 ( Business cards, Flyers, Stamps, Invoices ..etc ) • Social Media needs ( Content creator, Graphic designing, and Moderating ).- Achievements: • Built the customization Platform with right equipment. • Has 3 employees ready to serve customization service for our 1st branch. • Social Media Pages: = Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/r3factory4all/= Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/r3factory4all • Deal with shopkeepers, and distribute used devices B2B, B2C and micro distributes.

- Responsibilities: • Create and develop in-house production facilities and report for management review.• Manage day to day operations of back end production & in-store facilities.• Create the materials and train the retail sales advisers and production team.• Provide the guide lines to select the right equipment and find work around without compromising on final outcome to have right display approach in line with management vision and with mega store concept.- Achievements:• Build customization back-end workshop, retail shops, machinery facilities and Mange machines related to SWITCH project and drive the sales which has big income from first month reached to 1.000.000 AED at axiom retail stores.• Create training contents | Material | Requirements and train 300 axiom staffs in UAE & KSA for SWITCH services includes DTP software, machine operations and sales as well.• Create the right display approach applied on all AXIOM stores (60 stores around GCC).

- Responsibilities: • Take Overall responsibility for the marketing, designing, suppliers and corporate identity of the company.• Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.• Lead and develop the team to make new business through cold calls, networking groups, and creative local marketing to have database with strong network of suppliers and with valued customers.• Work closely with creative team and assist with new product launches.- Achievements:• Work with great network of customers and suppliers (etihad airways, Dubai Police etc ) resulted in 1.500.000 AED.• Built strong relation with Chinese suppliers and the volume of transactions reached to 750.000 AED.• Established laser and decoration department and taking the responsibility to make all the decoration related to Tasheel sharjah.

- Responsibilities: • Developing new products and assist the retail sales department in improving lead generation campaigns using marking, engraving machines to execute all designs concerning acrylic, leather, advertising, accessories and jewelry.• Create promotional materials and manage the entire corporate communication of the firm.• Work closely with retail sales department to get new leads to have corporate orders.• Developing and implementing the long and short-term marketing strategies of the brands assigned.• Managing retail branch's ( DCC - DFC - DM ) outlets.- Achievements:• Has huge database in all areas and communicate with all levels at the local market of UAE.• Created exclusive designs / products which increased the sales at retail branches 25%.• Successes to make a partner contract with SharafDG to have a laser machine inside the SharafDG and develop the service to engrave on the products (3 branches).• Working with new channels includes ministries, governments companies and global companies (Ministry of works, etisalat, Dubai courts, Nike … Etc).

- Responsibilities: • Take Overall responsibility for the production department and manage all customer requirements. • Design and layout a new ideas, Responsible for all phases of publication working directly with editor through story boards and photo selection to final proofing with printer.• Coordinate with sales team to produce advertisements and deliver the service with customer’s deadlines.• Submit a report to business manager/owner with the updates related to customers, inventory and production requirements.- Achievements:• Made all outdoor advertisement for president election campaign.• Got the exclusive contract with trodat stamps to be the exclusive agent in Libya.• Created the layout of the new location for the company and production department as well.• Targeted with marketing department to approached new customers and succeed to reach over company target.

- Responsibilities: • Manage the machines, stocks, customer orders and designing team.• Work closely with sales team and assist with new ideas.• Plan and administer the company’s production budget and keep cost in control.• Coordinate, execute and monitor production team and share the knowledge with the team to be updated with the upcoming activities.- Achievements:• Used marking, engraving and cutting laser machines to execute all designs concerning acrylic, leather, advertising, accessories, jewelry and use the service to provide gift Item which is unlike others.• Has exclusive designs to create handmade products which is allows us to work with all big brands (MacDonald's, Hilton, Vodafone and Mobinil .. etc ).• Working with American University in Cairo to work closely with the students to help them to create they own graduation projects for engineering projects.
