Manage, maintain, and support multiple demand response management systems across several different technology platforms. Assist in designing and testing current and future demand side management solutions offered by NV Energy. Assistance includes writing and updating business practices involving equipment inventory processes, customer enrollment, field service ticketing and demand side management processes. Heavily involved in day to day operations of multiple device technology populations including support of legacy head-end systems, field equipment, field personal and customer service representative team members. Authored various field manuals, troubleshooting guides, field installer forms along with training guides for external contractor teams. Lead engineering efforts for equipment relocation, which included RF propagation mapping of potential transmitter sites, training team members on new equipment/software and implementing best safety practices for field team members. Wrote software automation using visual basic to handle daily reporting tasks, email notifications, morning operational tests, and data analysis operations. Data analysis reports varied across projects but included battery storage performance metrics, measurement and verification using customer baseline load vs. actual recorded load and device communication availability analysis. Created and updated various business processes to improve process efficiency, handle new device technologies and help optimized outdated process methods. Work alongside internal NVE teams to successfully integrate business systems with new vendors including working with service-orientated architecture (SOA) and Banner team members on demand response management system (DRMS) integrations.
