Provided direction for the company’s global CDN services through the management of the product lifecycles. Led a team of product experts and business development managers responsible for technical pre-sales support, solution development, service implementation and major customer service management for a global CDN product line. -Successfully supported technical pre-sales for a direct sales force of 150 with an active funnel of caching, streaming and traffic management service opportunities-Implemented a major customer retention program involving quarterly service reviews -Maintained a service retention rate of 95%.

Managed the product lifecycle and P&L for a global streaming content delivery service.-Maintained P&L responsibility for global streaming media products including 325 customers and $1.5 million in monthly recurring revenues. -Grew product to 45% gross margin positive by decreasing operating costs by $8 million a year-Launched Media Management and Commerce Services (MMCS), as an added value feature set of Streaming Services. MMCS provides functionality for the enhancement, protection and monetization (DRM) of streaming media content distributed through the CDN.

Managed a team of 10 software developers responsible for enhancements and maintenance of a global streaming content delivery service. -Staffed and managed a software development team focused on the design and support of streaming services -Participated in the patented design of an intelligent content storage system

Established and managed an operations team for a global streaming content delivery service.-Jointly architected and deployed a global streaming content delivery service ultimately supporting 325 customers and $1.5 million in monthly recurring revenues-Hired, organized and managed the teams responsible for service activation and 7x24 support-Developed departmental process and procedures based on industry best practices
