During my time at company, I had the opportunity to serve as a team lead and senior Flutter developer, where I successfully delivered multiple applications. As a team lead, I took on responsibilities such as instructing and guiding my team, creating plans of action, and mentoring new team members.I also had the opportunity to work on large-scale Flutter apps and implemented native functionality through platform channels for a few of the apps.In addition to my Flutter development work, I also participated in the interviewing process for new candidates. I also made sure to prioritize writing unit, widget, and integration tests, achieving a coverage rate of 90%. Throughout my time at company, I worked with various state management approaches, including Provider, Riverpod, MobX, Cubit, and BLoC, and implemented clean architecture principles in my projects.
