I am a results-oriented and hands-on Project Manager with 12+ years of experience successfully designing, managing and delivering complex transformation projects using a waterfall and agile methodologies. I have created rapport with the stakeholders in large and complex organisations, understanding business changes and new demands. My experience as a project manager is to deliver end-to-end solutions from designing, selecting vendors, overseeing purchase processes including refining contracts, creating IT policies, procedures, and processes to accommodate transformation and managing all aspects through BAU.
