Raising Debit Note against Material shortage/Damaged and poor quality to Vendor or Sub Agencies etc. Proper Intimation of receipt detail to related user for timely inspection. Prepare SAP GRN and after inspection of Authorized Quality Engineer. Handling general consumable item, Spares, plant equipment, All type of Mechanical, Electrical, C&I items, Maintaining the inward and outward registers. Maintaining Stock Ledgers group wise. Preparation of Delivery Challan, Gate Pass & Stock Transfer Note. Reconciliation of all materials includes Fixed Assets Every Month. Raising Debit Note against Material shortage/Damaged and poor quality to Vendor or Sub Agencies. Contractors Monthly RA Bill reconciliation and verification with all MIV’s. Rising Debit Note to Contractors if found any dissimilarity. Reconciliation of Contractors Monthly RA Bill with all MIV’s.
