Tunneling - Planning/ Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying was the key role. It was a Item rate contract. Apart from QS I was assisting Contract Manager. Apart from QS works I used to respond contractual letters in the absence of Contract Manager. The Contract was based on FIDIC conditions. In Planning - preparing Daily Progress Report and updating Time Distance diagram for visualising progress.

Quantity Surveying + Scheduling. Checking Contractors+ sub contractors bills. Rate Analysis based on CWC guidelines. Updating Master Schedule in Microsoft Project. Daily Progress Reports, Monthly Progress Reports. For Few months in the begining I did execution works for NATM tunneling
