(1) Network Operation Center (NOC)• perform 24x7 rotating shift duty for Network Operations.• Provide timely response, escalation and resolution to all incidents, outages and performance alerts• Preparation and compilation of team and customer weekly and monthly reports• Process internal and external service requests including physical access • Manage vendors or contractors in Meet-Me-Room, Cabinets and Client premises when services are required• Responsive to troubleshoot and solve L1 Data Center and customer network issues• Generate accurate and informative network analysis reports such as traffic utilization and network uptime reports(2) Core Network Operation ( IPCore)• Perform network design, planning and setup of network Infrastructure based on technical requirement• Deploy, configure, monitor and manage of network devices including but not limited to Switches, Routers, Wireless Lan Controller (WLC), Wireless Access Points (WAP), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) involved in Data center and Core network implementation, bandwidth controlling for Network Services and upgrading .• Manage the CGNAT (A10) and upgrading the IP Transit links to ensure the service smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.• Install and configure OSPF, MP-BGP , LACP, VRF, MPLS, for all ASR 920 router at 26 sites in Yangon.• Also manage the juniper firewall by creating rules and policy to be secured for colocation customer network.• Troubleshooting & resolving to improve network convergence, performance , latency and update of issue or incident tickets• Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, network diagram, mapping, network policy, processes, and service records.• Participate and provide technical support to network operation Centre (NOC) in case of problem determination, network incidents troubleshooting accordingly.
