 Handle full set of Account Performing day to day accounting functions such as Account Receivable, Account Payable, Petty cash and General ledgers, Issue and set up purchase invoices, order forms Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships Regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Liaise with banks on payment and receipt matters Check transactions and update customer payment Ensure and issue financial and management reports Checking & preparation GST report and returns Prepare monthly Payroll & CPF submission Check and Update Audit schedule and Government tax Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review Researching market trends and projecting construction-related price increases/decreases procedures Support all audit requirements including verifying of documents required Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 Handle full sets of accounts AR and AP Manage petty cash reimbursement and monthly salary advances Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly closing reports, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards, company policies and other regulations Responsible for half-yearly stock take and fixed assets sighting Liaise with auditor for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Update accounts receivable, payable, issue invoices and perform reconciliations Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Summarizes current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports Assist with other accounting projects
