Responsible for the position of Marketing Communications Manager and Business Development at HiQ International Trading Company Limited in Myanmar, I am accountable for various key tasks. These include strategizing monthly marketing and sales campaigns, producing insightful reports, mentoring and developing team members, managing internal and external communications, branding, and capacity development within the company. Additionally, I oversee and support the trading businesses by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and managing logistics requirements with vendors and suppliers.

In my role as a Junior Analyst at Colliers International Myanmar, I held several responsibilities. Firstly, I supported Research and Advisory by assisting in report preparation and delivering market research presentations. Secondly, I undertook diverse advisory and consultancy tasks for both local and foreign clients across Colliers Myanmar's major sectors. Furthermore, I played a role in business development, sales, and graphic design for the Advisory Department.

I was responsible for publishing monthly business-related articles and conducting exclusive interviews with government ministries and prominent business professionals. Additionally, I actively participated in the sales team and provided support in various operational tasks.

As an intern, I was responsible for assisting the reporting supervisors and managers in various sales and marketing activities. I also had solid experiences in customer service and complaint handling, planning events and promotions, and frontline sales experience with Channel Sales executives.
