"Einbürgerunglöt*innen is a project financed by the EU that offers free naturalization consultation service to non-EU residents in Berlin. The project's primary goal is to achieve integration and equality for all residents through raising awareness of attaining the German citizenship.My tasks on this project include:- Co-developed the consultation structure: the emailing and booking system- Guide the people through the naturalization process, which includes touching on various sub-topics such as residency laws (Aufenthaltsstatus) ,unemployment benefits ALG I & II, social systems (Pflege system) in germany.- Conducting group consultations at community centers to provide customised citizenship consultation based on a country's specific requirments when it comes to applying for the citizenship.- Regulary meeting with lawyers to discuss speciific cases to provide better legal consultaton- Conducted marketing tasks such as conceptualizing the logo design, researching the market for multipliers, creating imagery (brochures, PowerPoint presentations..etc)

- German lessons for children and young people with a migration or refugee background aged 6 - 17 years old- Daily documentation and creation of learning materials

- Job application coaching, professional orientation for participants with a migration background- Everyday assistance for refugees (accompaniment to authorities, communication with lawyers),- Organization of pedagogical events- Support for trade fair booths- Conception and design of flyers and brochures - Responsible for communication with participants

Supporting the whole DACH unit in the following:- Making, sending and following-up offers with customers - Market research, forecasting & customers presentations, following up orders..etc

- Communication between purchasing, sales and production planning. - Suppliers Contract management- Sending inquiries to suppliers for pricing and product samples based on production requirements

- Responsible for regularly updating the communication plan for Linkedin and Twitter- Creating content including Text, conception and imagery for Linkedin, Twitter and Orbit platform.- Support in creating surveys, researching personas and events.

- Editing of images as well as advertising on social media channels in German and English (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)- Support in the creation of social media strategies, conception and planning- Help with the planning of trade fairs

Specialization: Event Marketing: Controlling , Review and Execution-Development of KPIs to ensure successful planning and evaluation of B2B events’ participation- Consistent follow-up of tasks related to events / conferences ranging from artwork production, venue, presentations- Conceptualizing online marketing content related to events- Research leads and existing competitors

- Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients- Visiting new clients and building a constant relationship with existing customers, through tracking software. - Transforming the whole CRM concept into the application to track deals and filter customers, notes, time, reports- Handling activities related to exhibiting at food trade shows: such as Gulfood in Dubai: creating offers for potential and existing clients, adapting products and their marketing conception, cooperating with agencies for artwork design- Conducting marketing research including primary and secondary research for current and potential suppliers before receiving the import license of the product

- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and legally acceptable to Customs to allow clearance and entry into the country.- Obtain charges and cargo release details from freight forwarding agents and shipping lines- Ensuring any payments due are made in advance of any shipment as required. Process all payments and raise necessary paperwork for accounting purposes in line with company requirements.- Communicate daily with external agents and clients to ensure the smooth and efficient discharge of their duties.
