1. Responsible for coordinating quality assurance related activities to achieve customers' product requirements.2. As the Coordinator for Facility Measuring & Test Equipment (M&TE) Management and Assessment.Review and verify QC Final reports to ensure compliance to Quality Plans, Engineering BOM & industry requirements.Upload and maintain QC Records in company content server.Develop QC training materials and conduct the training as part of QC competency program.Support on QC inspections & tests and product release activities.Initiate and/or involve in process improvement as result of Corrective Action request and to meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).Perform other assignments as required by the Management.Establish and maintain the Facility QC QMS Documents.Review Certificates of Conformance (COC) for the incoming subcontracted part. Conduct process audit on the on-site calibration activity performed by external party.

Controlling the work of QC Operators and replacing quality team in case of their absence.• Assessing the defect caused, identifying root cause, planning and following through remedial measure.• Daily report direct to Quality Assurance & SHE Manager.• Control the quality of incoming materials from suppliers.• Ensuring that only the raw material supplied to the production line are of good quality and properly marked/identified.• To carry out routine quality control test and inspection on raw materials and finished product, and daily audit on manufacturing process as required in ISO 9001 manuals & procedures.• Checking semi-finished and finished products and deliveries to ensure that good quality products are manufactured.• Control the quality of finished products, and ensuring that the customers are provided only with good quality products• Conducting products audits.• To issue products certificates (Certificates of Quality) as requested by sales and marketing.• Keeping a record of measuring and control instruments as well as calibrating them, and having them calibrated and certified.• To function as one of the internal auditor for the company in order to assist in maintaining ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Management System.• To conduct scheduled process audit and supplier audit.• To issue Corrective Action Request whenever the non-conformances occurred to the respected party. • Contributes to meeting annual HSE objectives.
