Current• Defining the scope of the (Business intelligence Project), allocating resources, determine deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.• Gathering and leading the project team. • Supervising project stages using Agile/Scrum Framework.• Ensuring the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.• Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.• Supervising testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.• Communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.• Delivering completed software products and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
