    My current role S&P Global Corporate division is quite exciting with day-to-day challenges to be faced and responded. We as a data analytics & visualization team are offering a shared services platform comprised of Tableau Server, Power-BI Gateway services, AWS Redshift Data warehouse to the entire organization.We are managing 30 sites for multiple divisions and departments, who are using our platform for their data visualization and data analytics. Our platform is serving 8000 + active users for there data analytics, 12000 + daily scheduled extract refresh jobs running on the platform.We are also managing the Vulnerability Management System (VMS) on Tableau server for the entire organization. The users who wish to check their server/system vulnerabilities can pull the updated details with few clicks.For this team I am playing a centralized role for platform management which involves, customized application installation, license management, deployment, upgradation, integrations to other platforms, migrations, troubleshooting, access management, security and compliance management and nevertheless support to the entire organization.My major projects whist working in this role are Increasing Application availability by implementing AWS ALB Load balancer model on the Tableau application. Tableau DR-application setup, Automated the backup process for Tableau, Redshift integration with OKTA, Power-BI gateway entire setup and onboarding workspaces and users, Datadog and Splunk monitoring setup for the application infrastructure. Tableau cloud migration using Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS) for Tableau bridge setup.Led the end-to-end management of data visualization platforms, Tableau and Power BI, achieving a 99.9% uptime and significantly enhancing user experience.p
