Project Scope: Mohmand Dam & Hydropower Project will generate 800 MW of hydroelectricity, irrigate 15100 acres of land and control floods downstream. Scope of this project includes the construction of two Irrigation Tunnels of 10KM length (4500m at Right bank and 5500m at Left bank of Swat river, including both sides access tunnels). Both irrigation Tunnels having 3 m Dia. Scope also includes the project colony, Re-Regulation Pond, Irrigation Canal & Spillway. 1. Ensure the implementation of QA/QC standards as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work. Monitor / follow up Non Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective & Preventive actions necessary for effectiveness of Integrated Management Systems. 2. Material Management and Quality Management using in Software “SAP”3. Testing of Shotcrete & Rock Bolts; Compressive Strength, Flexural Strength , Dry Shrinkage, Core Compressive strength, Panel Casting at site /Nozzle Man Certification, Pull Out Testing 4. Testing of Grouting; Viscosity Test by Flow Cone, Consistency, Density by Mud balance, Expansion of grout, Resistance to Pressure Filtration, Compressive Strength 5. Maintaining up to date QA/QC records as per contractual scope of work and to submit final dossier to customer.6. Inspection/ Supervision of all construction activities at site.7. Monitoring of construction procedure with the help of construction plan and quality records.

1. Daily progress monitoring in DESCON ingenious software “Process”2. Material requisition using in DESCON ingenious software “SMART”3. Progress monitoring and Progress Reporting as per target milestone and planned schedule.4. Schedule in Primavera (P3).5. To ensure execution as per required/Planned schedule and protocol.6. Providing Technical Support to Construction team regarding contractual requirements.7. Coordination with incharge Planning.8. Managing for weekly & monthly progress report.9. Coordination for approval of economical material and Project resources.10.To proceed Documentation for monthly invoice & client requirements.11. Site Joint Visit with Consultant.
