1) Tracks Issues faced by the branches by visiting / spending time in branches and other units.2) Resolving issues faced by branches and other units on a regular basis.3) Conducts monthly service reviews and meetings in area of responsibility. 4) Provide branches with tools and environment necessary to maximize productivity.5) Working with stakeholders to improve performance in processes & to conduct necessary SQ training for explaining procedures and their TAT.6) Conduct visits for branches and highlight all the issues with concerns departments as well as with branch on same time and take a proper follow up for resolution.7) Conduct training sessions with branches during branch visit for improvement of Service Accountability Report, help them in making them corrective strategies and implement them.8) Resolving issues faced by branches and other units on a regular basis.9) Manage service quality related training sessions in the region in coordination with the HR.10) Mystery calling to gauge customer satisfaction with reference to Product features & Sales process.11) Facilitates segments to improve their processes and service delivery channels.12) Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss branch related service issues.13) Tracking of branch issues and their timely resolution.14) Implement Service Management Program and Service level agreements covering all segments of the bank in the region.
