During my time with Naxex I was responsible for facilitating the whole development and release process. 1. I was working closely and coordinating multiple teams on 2 continents using Scrum - in the beginning I was a Scrum Master of each team while I coached and prepared the teams for more independence. - later, at a stage where each team felt ready, they elected their own scrum master while I was helping to guide them and coordinate with other teams - few months before my leave, we organized into the initial stages of Scrum of Scrums. - I helped escalate internal issues and to empower and grow the local Scrum Masters2. I was responsible for managing the scope of each product iteration, which required communicating closely with the Product Owners and other Stakeholders. I was in charge of migrating the working process to a more agile one. Also standardizing practices across teams - reworking, restructuring, cleaning and maintaining the TFS working environment for User Stories and other work items4. During this time we managed to have 3 full sprints (each time delivering more than initially planned). We had the chance to identify and define some lessons learned and improve our overall working experience, resulting in a highly bonded, extremely dedicated team which showed excelling results.

I have organized practice classes for the Computer Architectures class. I have had 30 hours of teaching experience and have conducted practical exams for over 15 students.
