During my time with Naxex I was responsible for facilitating the whole development and release process. 1. I was working closely and coordinating multiple teams on 2 continents using Scrum - in the beginning I was a Scrum Master of each team while I coached and prepared the teams for more independence. - later, at a stage where each team felt ready, they elected their own scrum master while I was helping to guide them and coordinate with other teams - few months before my leave, we organized into the initial stages of Scrum of Scrums. - I helped escalate internal issues and to empower and grow the local Scrum Masters2. I was responsible for managing the scope of each product iteration, which required communicating closely with the Product Owners and other Stakeholders. This included: - improving the planning and estimation process, which led to fewer plan discrepancies and more transparency - managing expectations and facilitating the process of scope tailoring - regular product road-map meetings with the C level and some of the co-owners of the company - raising awareness about potential issues and constant risk management3. I was in charge of migrating the working process to a more agile one. This included - coaching sessions with the engineering teams - regular coaching and advising of individual colleagues when needed - helping the teams find and establish useful working habits. Also standardizing practices across teams - reworking, restructuring, cleaning and maintaining the TFS working environment for User Stories and other work items4. Helping to improve and establish a better company culture - close work with the HR department about internal employee happiness
