• Led the development of crypto wallet from scratch to the launch of MVP as B2B2C model. Defined GTM strategy, managed cross-functional team and stakeholders.• Designed and delivered functionality for operating fiat in the wallet: bank accounts and SEPA transfers for deposits and withdrawals.• Set up agile product processes in the team. Formed from scratch product roadmap, cleared and structured product backlog, decreased its size by 2x.• Developed solution for fast and seamless crypto payments from CP wallet via our crypto processing solution to merchants’ accounts - a key differentiator of the wallet product.• Drove improvement of the core functionality of the wallet, which resulted in decreasing errors rate and user friction of these flows.

• Designed and launched initiatives and solutions that helped improve transfers experience and strengthen product on the market. Worked with cutting-edge money transfers technologies on European market - SEPA, standing orders, direct debits.• Launched cash top ups via biggest European retailers based on integration with Viacash, which resulted in creating new revenue stream from payments domain and increased overall top up volumes by 5%.• In collaboration with Crypto team, led the development of a new crypto investment product, which grew to 200K MAU in the first 2 months, increased turnover of crypto operations for 7% and user adoption of crypto by 10%.• Worked on increasing usage of transfers via phone number. Conducted A/B tests of different promo offers for phone transfers usage, made user research to identify the reason of low adoption, drove launch of educational articles in blog, marketing in social networks, and improved UX.

Product: Klianto - SaaS-based contact management platform for SMBWorking closely with CPO and the product team, I led the transformation of the initial on-premise solution to a SaaS version and its further development. As a result, the product was built from scratch to the MVP, which was successfully launched on the market and got its first paying customers.What I did:• Managed product roadmap and drove end-to-end delivery of new features• Defined product requirements, user stories, backlog and organised the development process• Worked closely with team of engineers to find best possible technical solutions• Drove user research initiatives such as usability testing and user interviews to improve experience and value of product for users• Implemented product analytics process to measure product success from scratch
