Both application conversion projects were completed within the 1-year timeframe, within budget, and without any major post conversion corrections.• Planned, coordinated, and successfully managed QA and UAT Operations testing 10-person, 100+ script execution effort verifying implemented client functionality within Oracle Fusion HCM product for vendor code quarterly release product updates for a leading global and investment banking firm.• Devised a rolling vacation and sick accrual calculation process for a multinational banking and investment company. Process improved accuracy of Vacation Sick beginning of year entitlement allotments and year end carryover reconciliations, and reduced overuse of vacation and sick balances for 200,000+ employees.
