As Senior Manager within HR Solutions works closely with the HR, Finance and IT departments planning new features and ERP implementation and coordinating with HR process owners throughout the HR department.

Responsible for analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and training for Workday Payroll and Time Tracking functionssystems within the Finance & Administration Division of Wake Forest University. Acting as a liaison between the Finance Systems and Payroll departments, responsibilities include analyzing the department and users needs, documenting requirements, design and implement Workday application features, and define business processes for the Finance Systems/Payroll Departments.

• Partnered with client governance (PMO) leadership and client stakeholders to gather and prioritize change request requirements and develop Point of View responses to submitted changed requests. • Crafted formal change requests responses outlining deliverables, level of effort estimates, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies. • Served as technical implementation lead for 9 technical team members performing hardware and software build work towards the Infor Workbrain HCM application upgrade from software version 5.1.0 to 5.1.4. Application was utilized enterprise wide by over 200,000+ employees. The upgrade significantly optimzed DBMS query performance and significantly reduced the number of concurrent hung application threads, eliminating slow application navigation during peak hours and stabilizing application availability.• Transitioned functional requirements from Infor Workbrain HCM product to Workday (cloud based) Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Tracking modules for 2 multinational banking and investment firms. Both application conversion projects were completed within the 1-year timeframe, within budget, and without any major post conversion corrections.• Planned, coordinated, and successfully managed QA and UAT Operations testing 10-person, 100+ script execution effort verifying implemented client functionality within Oracle Fusion HCM product for vendor code quarterly release product updates for a leading global and investment banking firm.• Devised a rolling vacation and sick accrual calculation process for a multinational banking and investment company. Process improved accuracy of Vacation Sick beginning of year entitlement allotments and year end carryover reconciliations, and reduced overuse of vacation and sick balances for 200,000+ employees.

• Replaced proprietary time tracking system for 200,000+ employees with Infor Workforce Management HCM 5.0.5. • Consulted on core production interface functionality with contract and internal developers.• Provided subject matter expertise and approaches to build out detailed technical requirements and design approaches for Infor core system interfaces.• Developed 5.0.5 database archival strategy using SQL queries to insert rows into archive schema tables and and delete rows from transactional tables. Strategy developed using core product tools building SQL and java and JSP code tasks.
