- Conduct in-depth background checks and screening of trading clients- Investigate the alerts arising from the screenings of the trading clients and prospects and highlight the suspicious activities to the client manager, money-laundering officers and senior management when appropriate- Handle all client related services including account enquiries, account opening procedures, statement, deposit, special request, corporate actions, etc and ensure satisfactory solution and pleasant experience to clients- Provide back up support for dealing service at branches as required- Analyst Operations and supporting the bank’s sales, trading and other business activities and other diverse responsibilities, including: Making sure transactions are settled and recorded correctly, Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Client Service teamDirects and coordinates activities concerned with buying or selling investment products and services, such as HKD, SGD and USD Shares- Monitor and follow up for unmatched trades with internal teams or external parties and Liaising directly with other operations groups to resolve unmatched issues- Resolve issues pertaining to brokerage from external counterparties, Prime Brokerage Client Service Reps or Settlements teams.- Prepares activity reports for evaluation by management.- Other ad-hoc task as request by the management
