An innovative, positive presence on any team I have the opportunity to join. In my Dean of Students role, I get to be part of the school administrative team with my primary focus on Student Life and creating a positive student environment for them. I also coach in multiple organizations outside of my school and use my love for teaching and my organization to except as a Director of Operations in my current endeavors in the sports realm.Having been a teacher during the school year and a camp director by summer, I love balancing the ability to bring learning and the joy of camp to any environment or classroom--no matter what that may look like.Working at an innovation camp for 9 years provided me some of my best professional development blended with a pursuit of risks. It pushed me to excel in facilitating a growth mindset in myself, other adults, and children. Truly, I am passionate about giving others, especially young minds, the opportunity to realize that they are capable of making the world a better place.
