Who would have known the product my family have used for years could of changed my life so dramatically??

Customer service adviser, my duties involved checking accounts, filing complaints, transferring money, handling and opening accounts, setting up direct debits and answering any queries customers may have.

During my time at the hospital group i was the Front of House and first point of contact for patients wanting cosmetic procedures. I my main duties included booking appointments and surgeries, ensuring patients are seen by the nurse, consultant and surgeon, chasing payments, filing payments, filing complaints, printing, photocopying and faxing important confidential files around UK. Co-operating with all members of staff to ensure surgery's run smoothly. During the time I worked at THG We moved clinic whilst my manager was on holiday, this tested my abilities but proved I am capable to go beyond my position as a receptionist and work well under pressure. I managed the whole move on my own from packing boxes, calling removal vans, locking up and handing the keys to the old office back and moving all property into the new office, this then included being responsible for the security of a brand new building, overlooking the building work was done on time whilst organising the boxes and property into the correct areas, all whilst ensuring patients were aware of the move, changing appointments and helping the nearest clinic in Bristol with the over flow of Cardiff patients. this involved travelling back and forth Bristol from Cardiff every day whilst also running the Cardiff move. We also worked in temporary offices for surgeon appointments and my duties included boking the temporary offices and ensuring all necessary equipment was set up for a reception area, surgeons room, and consultation office. I actually really enjoyed these challenges although they were hard, I learnt a lot about myself and realised I work better under pressure.

I worked in John Lewis for a organic skincare company called ORIGINS. my duties included managing the counter and ensuring stock was set out correctly, serving customers and retailing luxury organic skin range. It also included packing online orders and gift wrapping around Christmas periods.

Makeup artist for a then new makeup company, my duties included traffic stopping potential customers to give makeovers to and then try to retail our make-up. Also included stock taking, ensuring the counter was set out and clean and also included giving full makeovers to paying customers.
