Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), ensuring suppliers meet desired quality standards, perform supplier validation audits, and verify that the COC aligns with the MTC and MS.11. Carry out in-house tests to verify compliance with internal procedures.12. Conduct internal audits on activities/processes, prepare audit reports, and maintain audit records (Checklists/NCRs).13. Follow up on corrective actions resulting from internal audits and quality incident investigations to assess action effectiveness.14. Develop training programs for undergraduate students, oversee training sessions, and monitor student progress across all departments.15. Prepare a comprehensive presentation for the Quality Department to deliver to all company clients attending the training session.16. Oversee the calibration process, validate calibration certificates, and update certification records for all tools and devices within the system.17. Proficient in conducting thorough quality inspections, encompassing Receiving, In-Process, Final, pre-delivery, and First Article inspections.18. Audit the Inventory Counting process according to established procedures.
