As a former Outpatient Community Liaison at Infinity Rehab, I am passionate about facilitating the access and delivery of quality rehabilitation services for patients in need. As a current MBA candidate and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Willamette University, I have a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning.I have over 11 years of customer service experience, including one year as a Benefits Specialist at American Income Life Insurance Company, where I helped clients understand and enroll in various insurance plans. I also have two years of experience as an Exercise Specialist at Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, where I supported the physical therapists in providing exercise instruction, education, and motivation for patients. In both roles, I developed and demonstrated excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of empathy and professionalism. I am also fluent in Spanish and certified in Basic Life Support and CPR/AED/First Aid by the American Heart Association.
