As a Client and Sales Support Specialist/Jr. Salesforce Administrator at First Advantage, I assist all the client-facing users by being the primary escalation point for any challenges or errors in Salesforce. I work with Sales and Client Success teams to understand their needs and partner with Systems, Project Managers, and Field Enablement teams to improve processes or enhance training. I also handle various Salesforce administrative tasks along with CPQ Support to end users. Additionally, I have strong knowledge in web design technologies like ASP. NET, CSS, XML, and MS SQL server databases. I have an MBA in Information Technology and a BCA in Computer Programming, Specific Applications, which enables me to apply technical and business skills to my role. My goal is to deliver excellent customer support and experience, and to leverage my Salesforce and CPQ expertise to optimize the sales cycle and client retention.
