· Manage, monitor and train the HelpDesk Team, the System Management Team, the Network Team & the Deploy Team.· Monitor computer systems, plan maintenance and software repairs; support for buying and installing computer equipment, maintain network and connectivity for users.· Group organization, support plan, troubleshooting and repair, maintenance plans for IT equipment and IT networks.· Develop emergency plans to resolve incidents of equipment, software and network infrastructure.· Manage department budgets and track equipment and staff spending.· Plan and implement internal IT knowledge training for employees.· Participate in building, operating and implementing processes using ERP system of Microsoft Dynamic AX R3 in Retail segment.· Experience working with open source operating systems: Debian, FreeBSD, Ubuntu.· Experience in deploying and operating Firewall Fortigate and pfSense devices; ForiAnalyzer; Nagios, PRTG monitoring system; Squid Proxy solution; iRedMail system; VMware vSphere v6 virtualization system;

· Construction and installation of ADSL, 3G transmission equipment, at VNPT Telecommunications Center in Vinh Long, Tay Ninh and Kien Giang provinces.
