In order to secure and maintain high level data quality throughout a building project, this project is established to clarify and modulate the processes and substances into a better integrated set of data in a construction delivery phase. The project includes: ✪ Information delivery manuals (IDM) for building handovers. ✪ Mapping specifications for building components and systems for the purpose of planned maintenance and asset management. ✪ Requirement specification for web application development.☛ Implementation and administration of DTU’s web based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Department of Operation and Maintenance (O&M). In collaboration with DTU Department of Engineering, Planning and Projects.☛ Development, implementation and administration of DTU’s web application for user-driven production of contingency plans such as evacuation and event plans. In collaboration with DTU Department of Health, Safety and Environment.☛ In daily charge of fourteen student assistants. Moreover recruitment and hiring processes, instructional and supervisor functions.
