In accordance with AS9102, performed and generated FAI (First Article Inspection) reports to determine conformity on the produced Engineering Product for Airbus A350’s Aircraft Lavatories and Galleys.Data compilation media: Net-Inspect, M3 and Drawing Search Tool Gemba Walk, assisted in creation of NCR (Non-Conforming reports) for the produced Engineering products at the Pre-bond and Bonded Structure level. Learned the complete ‘Manufacturing Lifecycle’ of Aircraft Lavatories. Every single process from CNC through Final Assembly, and shipping. Made a complete strategy targeting the Lean Principles and eliminating 7 wastes, by using Lean Manufacturing Tools: 5S, TPM, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Just-in Time (JIT) Manufacturing,Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Jidoka, Heijunka, Andon.Hands-On working of complete ‘Tool Design Life cycle’ using CATIA V5Assisted Team: Tool Engineering in Tool Design, Drawing, Fabrication, Inspection, and commissioning to production for new development and production tooling. Assisted Manufacturing Engineers in problem solving of new issues affecting the production. Implemented lean Tools 8D and 5 Whys to identify and resolve process-related issues.  Active participation in Quality Engineering department meetings, to report on KPI, ongoing issues, and plan for future projects.
