Current- Implement and develop rollout of company-wide mid-year reviews, enhancing performance evaluations and feedback processes for employees at all levels.
- Prepare and submit CA Pay Data Reports and EEO-1 Reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
- Revise Company interview and onboarding processes, resulting in improved candidate experience, streamlined hiring practices, and faster integration of new employees into the organization.
- Design and execute robust performance review plans and employee management strategies, leading to enhanced employee development, increased productivity, and better alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and advise on employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions across a bicoastal agency, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and fostering a positive workplace environment.
