-Build action plan in terms of channel development, pricing & brand activation to reach yearly target of volume, market share & profitability -Periodically communicate & align sales plan with distributors, visit & motivate key retailers toward volume target -Solve customers’ complaints regarding incentive program, payment, dispatch-Recruit and manage sales team, build individual development plan, train & coach
