I was teaching resource and energy economics courses at Kateb University and tried to explain the types of energy from an economic perspective.I taught the types of renewable and non-renewable energies and analyzed their usage and consumption from an economic point of view.I always tried to teach students how to consume energy and analyze and evaluate it economically and nationally.

I taught the history of insurance in the world and Afghanistan and also explained the basics of insurance principles.I taught the types of insurance and how to check the risk of the insured and explained the role of insurance on the economy.I also talked about the amount of insurance premiums and damage assessment and expressed some things about life insurance.

At Sadra Insurance Company, I defined growth strategies and identified and developed new markets for core products and services.I drew short-term and long-term goals based on economic growth and profitability and designed new insurances.We established and expanded branches, which were the most important part of our development, and I provided training to newcomers to the insurance industry.I established on-the-job training and familiarized the Afghan society with the insurance industry so that the insurance culture and the requirement to use insurance were institutionalized in the country, and for this purpose, we published the insurance training book for the first time in Afghanistan.We did virtual marketing and advertising on TV for the first time in Afghanistan and we wanted to organize competitions in this field.
