About Natalka Khodarchenko

Ukrainian architect from Kyiv, temporarily living in New York because of the war. I am the co-founder and lead architect of Intcad Architects. I have a number of my own designed and implemented objects, as well as experience in collaboration and working in project teams. My portfolio includes private, residential, and public construction objects, offices, and public spaces.I consider a minimalist private house in the suburbs of Kyiv to be one of the brightest projects I have built. The project, from sketch to construction documentation, was developed using BIM technology (architecture, author supervision, interiors, structural, engineering, etc.) and built in 2020.Besides architecture, my hobby in life is rock climbing, and I have been doing it for more than ten years.My primary software product is Archicad 26+, work in Teamwork (BIM Cloud, BIMx) using licensed software. I have experience interacting with engineers via IFC or DWG.I like to manage projects from the beginning to the end, independently or in a project team, with the possibility of monitoring the construction process.I am convinced that the result of the architect's work is the built object.
