Here's an insight into my impactful work:Post-Beirut Blast Rehabilitation:🏠 My journey with INTERSOS began in the aftermath of the devastating Beirut Blast, in the Bourj Hammoud neighborhood. I was entrusted with the vital role of rehabilitating shelters affected by this catastrophe, supporting both the host community and refugees. The project was funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and it exemplified the power of collaboration in times of crisis.Resilience in the South:🌄 Later, my work took me to the South, where I continued my mission in the shelter sector. In partnership with UNHCR, we extended support to both refugees and the local community. Our focus encompassed the rehabilitation of collective shelters, residential shelters, and informal settlements—areas where rebuilding and revitalization were most needed.Cash for Rent Initiatives:💵 In addition to physical rehabilitation, I also played a key role in the Cash for Rent component.
