I hold an M.A. Degree in European and East Asian Governance from Trier University, Germany, where I focused on analyzing the dynamics of EU sanctions through a Two-Level Game framework. My research expertise extends to European politics and governance, global governance, European public policies, EU decision-making, European political economy, as well as international relations and peace and security issues. Additionally, my research passion and expertise cover contemporary multidimensional minority issues in Europe, supported by internships and working experiences within Europe’s most famous and prestigious minority-related research centers.Currently, I am a part-time project assistant at the European Centre for Minority Issues, working on the research project SPARK (Sparking Events, Emotional Climates, and Cascades of Cultural Identity Conflicts). Prior to this, I interned at the ECMI within the same research cluster, focusing on and contributing to the development of qualitative and quantitative datasets in the area of cultural identity conflicts. Additionally, I volunteered in editorial performance at the Netherlands-based think tank “Shaping Europe” and hold a Fellowship at the Young Security Conference in Munich, Germany.Apart from my academic pursuits, I possess strong language skills, including full professional proficiency in English, professional working proficiency in German, and native fluency in Russian. I also have a good knowledge in Ukrainian and basic understanding in Norwegian acquired through prior educational experiences in Norway.I bring to the table highly skilled analytical capabilities, encompassing qualitative and quantitative multimethodological research, data analysis, mapping, and social network analysis. I am adept at utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, Adobe, Computational Text Analysis (AntConc, Topic Modeling), Grammarly, and Artificial Intelligence applications like GPT, Elsa Speak, Elicit, Perplexity, and ChatSonic Twitter Bot.
