At Andal Software, we are currently building a new cloud based Human Resources Management System. To help Andal build a fully functional system, as a Head of Technical Product, I am leading a team that responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing monitoring tools that meet Andal's needs and target (eg Load Balancing and Failover using Kubernetes). I am also currently responsible for the current payroll application (Andal PayMaster & Andal Linkage) as the Product Manager. In Andal PayMaster development, I actively communicate with the frontliners to capture their needs and urgencies, troubleshoot and convert them into Planned Sprint Release.
