Project: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) and Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) for the Refinery Development Master Plan (RDMP) Project RU V - BalikpapanMain Contractor: RDMP Balikpapan JO (Hyundai E&C, PT PP, PT Rekind)- Made construction work progress report for payment to client (PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan) by using Construction Progress Measurement System (CPMS), 3000+ items/P6 activities (L5) Discipline: Civil, HVAC, and Pre-Commissioning.- Conducted detail analysis & calculation related with cost basis activities (progress calculation).- Made coordination with all related stakeholder for cost basis activities, such as coordinated to Schedule team about division of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), weight value, weight factor; coordinated to QC team about Request for Inspection (RFI) collection; etc.- Made report to related stakeholder for cost basis activities.- Other activities related to Project Control (made Monthly Key Performance Indicator Dashboard and Monthly Progress Report from Engineering, Procurement-Subcontracting, Construction department).

- Planned calculation of the building structure: Reinforced concrete structure (bore pile, pile cap, tie beam, column, beam, cantilever beam, slab) & Steel structure (beam, truss beam, column, rafter, purlins, haunch, base plate, anchor bolt, shear connector). - Made calculation report about pressures, loads, and stresses based on regulation: SNI-2847-2019 and SNI-1729-2015.- Coordinated shop drawings to drafters such as structure layout, details, section, and elevation view.- Made Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that makes it easy to manage and controls the project.- Made, calculated, & compiled the Material Take Off (MTO) that consists of Volume/Quantity, Specification, Budget Plan of structural and architectural work.- Made and monitored project schedule and S curve (plan and actual).- Planned work method and supervise the construction phase.- Coordinated as built drawings to drafters such as coordinate point position, modification, and correction.- Made and presented the project progress report to related stakeholder.

Project: Klaska Residence Apartment, Surabaya- Assisted in make Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) plan for column, beam, pile cap, retaining wall, slab based on rebar standard.- Checked the inclinometer & piezometer test for site soil monitoring.- Assisted in make Daily Project Reports (manpower, equipment, weather, daily work description).- Assisted in make Field Implementation Permit.- Assisted in compile project documents: weekly report, monthly report, Request for Inspection (RFI), etc.
