I oversee the entire construction process for new, single-family homes. My responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating and leading interactions with our trusted trades, and ensuring that every build stays on time and within budget. With a focus on quality and community impact, I take pride in not just delivering houses but creating homes where families can thrive.

The Cleft mobilizes schools, sports teams, churches, non-profits, and communities to illuminate possibility for every middle and high school students. One way that is accomplished is by partnering with schools to implement a program called GOODLIFE (iwantgood.org), an evidence-informed framework that helps students become more resilient and ready for life.My role is to build systems to sustain the business and prepare for growth. Some ways I do this are by tracking our key metrics/dashboards, mapping the customer journey, contributing to product development, and communicating with current and potential key constituents.

Working in a start-up environment, member of a design team working cross-functionally across departments to discover new strategies, onboard new audiences, and build the future of an organization with an established history.-Designed and implemented a sports performance program at a high school that served 100+ students and generated $45,000 over summer months, the highest revenue-generating activity in the school’s history-Executed a prototype of live-streamed webinars with NBA coaches and sports influencers for 1,000+ athletes in 17+ countries as a customer acquisition strategy to penetrate a market of 5M Indian basketball players-Developed a prototype to validate product-market fit that remotely trained 12 athletes in India (all female), focusing on sports performance, basketball skills, and leadership development -Prototyped an Elite Basketball Residential Academy for 8 athletes from India and Mongolia. Three of these athletes received opportunities to play college basketball in the US

A 100-acre campus with a sports complex, the AIA Sports Complex and Retreat Center is designed to host local, regional, national, and international events. As the Sports Complex and Activities Manager, I oversaw all activity on the 6 all turf fields and outdoor track.-Established relationships with top 5 partner organizations that drove over 50% total revenue for facility-Hired and trained team of 5-6 part-time employees to supervise the Sports Complex-Planned and coordinated special events, including the GMAC Softball Championships, NCCAA National Soccer Tournament, Ohio Galaxies Futbol Club Tournaments, AIA Golf Classic, and X-Project Internship
