As an affineur and lab technician at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, I combine my passion for food and science to create and maintain high-quality cheeses that delight our customers. I have been working in the food and beverage industry for over three years, and I have a FSPCA, FSNS: Internal Auditor and BRCS certification, as well as an FDA for Front-line Employees certification.In my role, I perform various tasks such as testing cheese samples, monitoring aging conditions, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. I also have experience as a line cook and a barista, and I have an associate's degree in culinary arts and chef training from Seattle Central College. I am skilled in food preparation, cooking, barista training, and management. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated and enthusiastic cheese lovers, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques.
