• Assisting implement a sales plan for PEAK Cambodia including existing and tailor made products
• Establishing and maintaining direct sales channels including business partners, direct to client, hotel tour desks and other potential sales outlets for PEAK products
• Achieving sales targets
• Developing product and quotes for business partners and individual travelers
• Preparing promotional material for PEAK Cambodia products
• Implementing and improving business systems and processes.

• Update and create new Adventure product.
• Actively take part in the Sales development of the Adventure Department.
• Correspond with overseas and partner of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information.
• Make quotations and reconfirm booking with/for oversea agents.
• Correspond with local hotels and other vendor/suppliers to execute overseas bookings.
• Communicate with overseas clients to deliver the best possible services for future trips.

• To build adventure programs for international clients and agents as requested.
• To confirm all ground services in Tour Plan and follow up.
• Have clear lines of communication with the senior AC and Adventure Reservations Officer.
• Briefing and debriefing adventure guides.
• Communicate with overseas clients to deliver the best possible services for future trips.
