1. Setup and take charge of IT Application Development Centers for PEN and KL, Malaysia.2. Lead software development team for microservices.3. Hiring for talents for entire Development Centers.4. Drive new technology & methodology adoption for the Development Centers including new frontend, backend and cloud such as Angular, React, .Net Core, Containerization, AWS services etc.5. Build in house software products serving business units and their respective customers.

1. Lead the development center of the company subsidiary, BSMART Technology (Suzhou).2. Solution Architect to lead the backend development team to design, build and rollout BSMART Management Console 3.0 (integrated platform for transportation & telematics) that become backbone for public transportation, logistics and government fleet ITS systems.3. Project manage the end to end kick start till rollout for multiple commercial and government transportation related ITS systems including Electronic Cargo Tracking System (ECTS) for Uganda Revenue Authority, Performance Hub Monitoring System (PMHS) for SPAD, Malaysia, Integrated Dispatching & Monitoring System for Express Taxi, Indonesia, Fleet Management & Tracking System for Mpumalanga Province, South Africa.
