I commenced a purchasing officer role in Transfield Services which then progressed to some master data, database administration role and subcontractor management role. During the subcontractor management role, I was responsible for obtaining EOI (Expressions of Interests) and SLA management for subcontractors.Due to internal restructuring, I accepted a role as a AP Supervisor in late 2008. I am currently now in the same team but managing the Purchasing team as well as a Administration team. Together, my team services the Transfield Services purchasing requirements, fulfilment of Mobile Telephony equipment and Services from Telstra, and departmental administration work. I've also been involved in transitions, projects, training (development of curriculum and training of staff), tenders / SRP (Strategic Research Paper), become a SME (Subject matter expert) for CRM, SAP MM, FICO. I'm also responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the department Intranet Team Site (MS Sharepoint).

Initially commenced in IT Purchasing officer role which developed into the Purchasing Team Leader role. One of the achievements I am proud of is the transition of the purchasing function from Victoria to centralised purchasing centre in Sydney. 2 weeks from commencement of the IT purchasing office role, I was sent to Victoria to centralise the functions back to Sydney. When the team grew, I was the lead IT purchaser for Hardware and eventually software for a team of 3 purchasing officers for Victoria.This then grew again and became IT Purchasing Team Leader for South and Western region Australian alongside the IT Purchasing Team Leader for Northern region Australia & New Zealand.
