Almost 20 years' experience in oil & gas industry, been privileged to work with many super talented people from all walks of life (technical, digital and commercial). Currently leading and driving business transformation with real impacts to assets. My background in Instrument engineering with 3-4 upstream projects and a short stint in Kerteh operation positions me well in my current role to better understand business pain points.I'm also a mother of two beautiful kids, juggling work and family with a loving husband who love and supports me unconditionally. Giving me strength to power on day after day!Graduated from University Technology PETRONAS (UTP) back in 2004, started off my career with a short 6-month stint in Agilent Technologies, Penang before moving to Kerteh to accept job offer from PETRONAS. Why move? Always grateful to PETRONAS for their scholarship and I do want to contribute back to the organization who has given me the opportunity in the first place.I was an Asset engineer for almost 2+ years before found my calling as an Instrument engineer for development division, working on few interesting projects for a good 9+ years, building my technical foundation of oil and gas industry. I always knew technical path was not for me and hence when opportunity arises, I shifted to managerial role in Joint Venture Engineering, overlooking FEL phases of Malaysia JV projects. Spent another 4 years here before another restructuring put me in the path of looking for a new adventure.Joined NervCentre (NC) in 2020 before the pandemic outbreak as Engineering Digital Transformation Program Lead for ARIES and this job really opened my eyes to bigger strategic initiatives across PETRONAS. Under the guidance of our inspirational leader, Mr Prakash - we had many great successes amidst the challenges that came with it but never a dull day! Entering my 4th year here and currently working on ARIES Phase 2 and looking forward to the breakthrough innovations that the team will bring. Our team consists of technical domain experts, digital delivery partners, and alliance strategic partners with NC as the central orchestrator who connects the dots.
