Kai Fu currently sits on the Board of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad and Chin Hin Construction companies such as Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn Bhd, Kayangan Kemas Sdn Bhd, Makna Setia Sdn Bhd, Signature Façade Treatment Sdn Bhd etc as the Executive Director lending his expertise in the field of Property and Construction. With over a decade of experience Khor brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to any environment or project he is involved in and for the Chin Hin Property and Construction Group, he is tasked with making key strategic decisions, bringing in new business development, leading the Group in Mergers & Acquisitions, and initiating the Digitalization process of the related businesses. A major part of his role would be to prepare the Corporatization of all construction related businesses in the Chin Hin Group to ensure they are ready for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for listing in Bursa Malaysia at the appropriate time.
